We are looking for parents of young children (under the age of 5) because part of the exercise involves discussing newborn screening (the heel prick). We hope you will consider sharing your views.

Enjoy a fun, relaxed class doing yoga with your baby and some baby massage along with singing, breathing and meditation. Baby and you will stretch and balance together in different yoga poses. Another activity will be some circle yoga as a group. The class is open for infants 6 weeks old to 12 months. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket and toy for your baby. Yoga will help deepen the bond between you and your child, calm your child and improve digestion, help motor development and strengthen the immune system.

In a climate where we spend most winters inside. This workshop is set up to let kids run around and helps to get their wiggles out. The class focuses on shapes, and colors, all while making movements, while encouraging parents to get moving with their children, focusing on gross motor skills.
